That depends on whose initials you want monogrammed and what monogram style you want.
If it's one person's initials for first, middle and last name in a simple block style, it would be ABC.

If it's a husband and wife's initials on a towel, for example, in a diamond style, it would be his first initial and her first initial on either side of their last name initial, like ACB, with "C" being their last name initial and the last name initial is usually embroidered larger than the first name initials.

If a person wants their own three initials embroidered in a diamond style, the same rules apply. The last name is the larger initial in the middle. So Britney Bimbo Spears' monogram would appear as BSB.
