This is the nicest bath towel I've ever owned. I bought the white ones. Very attractive, plush, and absorbent. Plus, they are made in the USA from African cotton supported by the Gates foundation. No China-made crap here.

I purchased this towel for my girlfriend. She is very selective about color, texture, lint, feel, etc. To me it looks like a thick, white, soft towel but she loves this towel above several others such highly rated from JCPenny, RLP, etc.

Ifeel you should let the new towels stand in water overnight to remove all traces of starch, chemicals and dyes. This should help.
