Meryl + Joel
We left Meryl and Joel’s wedding with the biggest smiles on our tired little faces. This was truly a couple who ADORED each other–and that was crystal clear from the first minute the wedding day began. We were so honored to be their photographers. We know Meryl’s parents from the event industry (they own “Button It Up”) and are so glad to be their associates and friends. The fact that they trusted us with their precious girl’s photography meant the world to us!
The girls all got ready in Meryl’s gorgeous suite at the Georgian Terrace, all decked out in their cute matching black personalized robes (with Meryl in her white “Mrs. Miller” towel wrap). As soon as we walked in, we saw the array of the gorgeous bouquets that Meryl hand-made! They were fabric and buttons and lace and beads, and phenomenal. Her gown was unbelievable. Just perfect for her and looked amazing with her Mom’s veil. I loved that she was wearing her Mom’s veil–that was such a beautiful, personal touch that was so meaningful.

I started Thanksgiving with a great run with my friend Kel . Since I had two packets due for UCR in ten days, I haven't run for about a week and a half. I've missed running with my friends lately, so it was just fun to catch up. We had more than enough chat to fill up five miles. We did about a four mile run, stopped for coffee and then walked the mile back to my house. It was misty and a little cool when we started but it ended up being great running weather. Unfortunately it started to pour by the time we walked home, but we didn't...
