A: In most cases the tub does not have separate shut offs. You have to shut of the main.
Generally, there is no shutoff for a tub/shower supply. You have to turn off the main water valve to the condo. This is generally a ball valve (valve with a handle that only goes 1/4 turn)...

RemembeRED: My Quiet Place
I turn on the faucet and adjust the water to the right temperature. The bathtub slowly starts to fill, as I shut the drain. Getting excited I open my bathroom cabinet and look at the array of bath products that I have to choose from. My hardest decision is if I want to use bubble bath, bath beads, or bath salts. I pick whatever suits my mood and add it to the water.
I then slowly climb into the tub feeling the near scalding water hit my skin; just how I like it. I ease my weary body in; feeling the ice cold of the tub hit my back. It’s a shock at first, but it doesn’t take but a minute to warm. I close my eyes for a second and let the smell of whatever yummy bath product I chose hit me.
Knowing the bathroom door is locked and this time is all mine, I entirely relax. Picking up whatever book I’m reading at the moment, I open it and settle in, determined to enjoy my quiet time.
