Typically, there is no law for a specific license to sell bath salts, plant feeders, incense or potpourri among other states. These units are too prolific for effective enforcement of licenses. The common practice is to ban the substance and the goods. These can be identified by chemical tests and often is a lot less burdensome than asking every general goods store to have a license for a handful of products.
The thing is Red Lion has no DEA banned substances. We are compliant with all federal level active bills and state level pending bills. If you scroll all the way down the page you can read more about pending bills and you can also find links to the government website to check them yourself.

Make Up Fun!
I'm pretty sure that one of my favorite things is putting makeup on with my friends when we're getting ready for stuff. Probably my favorite memory of my friend Brittany's wedding was the morning of the wedding we spent together doing our hair and makeup – it was fun! I'm also a firm believer that you can learn a lot about a girl based on how she does her makeup. The way I do mine, I think, says that I'm very particular and very much a creature of habit....it also says that I have a pretty steady hand (this comes in to play again with all my crafts!) but you'll see why in a second....
