Do any of you powerful pregnant ladies use Epsom salts detox bath?
I love to take them but the box says ask a doctor or Rx... have any of you? Is it safe while pregnant?
A: I do Epsom Salt, 1 cup peroxide, 1 cup baking soda baths whenever I want to. They are safe, and help with swelling.

I have taken two detox baths. The salts have green tea and milk thistle along with other things. My bath water is high in minerals,especially iron, and the water has a yellowish tint to it. But...
A: great if it did, but I highly doubt it detoxed the body in that one bath setting, I maybe wrong and if it did great.
