A couple of unisex perfumes, I think its hard to get scents right in these boxes. One of these scents is right up my street its the L'eau Serge Lutens its very fresh but I think I would prefer someone around me to smell like it rather than me myself. I also saw that other bloggers got a sample of Illamasqua Freak perfume which I am curious to get my nose around so kind of was hoping for that. Out of the five products I will only probably use two, I kind of expect this every now and then. I am sure I can put the others to good use by passing them on to people that will use them. One thing these boxes are perfect for is if you are going on a little trip, the products are such good sizes to pop in your travel wash bag and be gone.

Aromatherapy Incense

When most people think of Aromatherapy, what comes to mind is usually basic information that’s not particularly interesting or beneficial. But there’s a lot more to Aromatherapy than just the basics.

One way to stay calm should the person feel stressed is by taking deep breaths. If this is not enough, sometimes walking out of the room to get some fresh air will do some good.

Aromatherapy is also a great stress reliever. Aside from applying the oil or inhaling it, the same thing can be done by using incense.

The person can buy a set of sticks for less than $10 from the store. These should be lit and then placed in a container so that the scent can fill the room.

The use of incense is also used in other functions. Most churches use either frankincense or sandalwood when holding special ceremony. The Chinese use this to ward off evil spirits when opening a business to have a prosperous future ahead. Certain establishments use lavender sticks, which are very effective in keeping insects away.
