Aug 23, 2007 | Question Queen ?:
What's an effective way to handwash a big bath towel?
It looks quite difficult & I don't have laundry money.
A: The first two answerers got it. For the wringing part (after soaping and after rinsing), fold it in half, roll it up loosely in the tub and stomp all over it. That will keep you from spraining...
put it in the bathtub and cover with water and add detergent and then get in and stomp all over it with your bare feet
rinse and hang to dry

Thanksgiving was in Salem this year. Of course Orphink went with us. With a spiffy new collar and leash, a bag of "Good Bites" for Hip and Joint (she knows what THAT crinkle sound is - steak flavored!), enough kibble for two days of vacation, her dishes, a bottle of water, doggy-doo pick-up bags, a change of bedding (just in case) for the kennel, two big towels for the bath project - it was like packing the diaper bag when the kids were little!
