What kind of stitching should I use to applique fabric butterflies to my fabric shower curtain?
I have a fabric shower curtain that I would like to attach cotton fabric butterflies to. What is the best way to go about this.

My Kitsch List
I have been coveting this knife collection for almost a year now. I ordered them once, but found out that it would take about 4 months for them to ship (because each knife was coming from a different place, rather than all being shipped as a set), so I cancelled my order. It looks like they have since fixed that issue, and they are now all shipped together and in a normal time frame. (Woohoo!) I am determined to own these someday. I think they would look glorious on a magnetic strip above my stove. (Where they would also be handy for me to defend myself against intruders. I hope those @$$^#!*$ are prepared to taste the rainbow.) This is not colorful nor kitschy, but it does take amazing photos of things that ARE colorful and kitschy, so it totally counts! I have been wanting this lens for a long time - since my brother-in-law bought one for his camera and showed me the awesome photos that he was able to get in low lighting. This Isn’t Picture Perfect
In September Jeff and I left Scarlette overnight for the first time and took a trip to Callaway Gardens. We had a free pass and after the year we’d had, we thought it would be good for us to spend some alone time together. I packed my bags and purposely left my camera out of them. We were strolling hand in hand through the butterfly garden when Jeff asked me where my camera was. “I decided not to bring it” But when I set my camera to the side, it was because I knew it would be too easy for me to get caught up in getting THE picture. On drafting the accompanying words in my head. On not being present.
I’ve learned a lot of lessons over the past year and one of the biggest is that life is too short not to be present for the moments unfolding right now.
It’s too short to strive to be picture perfect.
