I have to disagree with the person who described the curtain as stiff. I find it less stiff than the vinyl curtain it replaced, since it doesn't hold pleats the way a vinyl curtain does. This probably does make it hang funny if you try to pull it to one end of the tub; it won't "fold up"...
Really nice quality, cool visual effects, not sure it is worth $25 though
I wanted a shower curtain that would let in more light, so I could actually see my legs when shaving them. But I didn't want an entirely clear curtain, I wanted one with some sort of design or texture. But not too goofy, trite or frou-frou - no country roses, rubber duckies or seashells, please....

I like this shower curtain...no chemical smells. Its so pretty in my bathroom. It lets in the light. The pattern is really cool. The only problem is you do have to keep it clean b/c the soap scum is more visible.

Thanksgiving survivors
We were very exited to be close enough to drive up to my mother-in-law's for a weekend of fun and eating. See, moving home is great, because you can get together and plan a big meal to share with you family in person , and then get together AGAIN and share it. How cool! Right? I mean, that was kinda how it turned out. Thanksgiving Eve, as it were, I started feeling not awesome- achey, sleepy, sore throat. By the time Matt came home I was reduced to shivers on the couch under a pile of blankets. In a brief moment of clear-minded-ness brought on by Tylenol, I remember 'Hey sometimes people don't like it when you bring them germs as hostess gifts.' I tried to explain this to Matt, but I am pretty sure my pathetic muttering came off as much more "Please take me to your mom's, she'll take care of me." In the morning Matt confirmed, that yes, his saintly mother would still take us and all the germs we could carry for Thanksgiving AND...

On the family side of things, my son is apparently a HUGE flirt. I had to take him with me to the school today to turn in some forms, and on the way out there was a group of girls in a circle (probably 2nd or 3rd grade) who saw Micah. They immediately asked if he was Alexis’ brother (so apparently people know Alex already) and started to say how cute he was. My son then proceeded to walk up to the circle of females and give each one of them a kiss. They all instantly fell in love, and my son is going to be dangerous… lol. Overall, this place is everything we could ask for, and we think we’re going to be really happy here and won’t feel cramped or like we’ll need to move after a year. It’s been a little bit of a difficult month living in transition, but we should begin our lease on Dec. 1, and we think that we might be able to start moving some things next Monday (and possibly as early as Saturday; we’ll see about that.) It’s a great price...
